Cancellations policy

Moderate Cancellation Policy for Boat Rentals:

At BM charters, we strive to provide a fair and balanced experience for both our customers and boat owners. Therefore, we have established a moderate cancellation policy that reflects our commitment to both parties involved.

If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 2 weeks before the scheduled rental, we will refund you 50% of the total rental amount. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require changes in plans, and this measure aims to provide some flexibility in such cases.

However, if the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the rental, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer any refund. This is because, with such short notice, it is more difficult for boat owners to find replacements and cover the costs associated with preparing the rental.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our moderate cancellation policy. We are committed to ensuring a fair and satisfactory rental experience for all our customers while respecting the needs and concerns of our boat owners.

Cancellation Policy for Adverse Weather Conditions and Relocation:

At BM charters, we understand that weather conditions can significantly impact the boat rental experience. Therefore, we have developed a cancellation policy that prioritizes the safety and comfort of our customers.

If the weather forecast for the departure day is deemed adverse and may compromise the safety or overall rental experience, we reserve the right to relocate the reservation to an alternative date with better weather conditions, at no additional cost to the customer.

If relocation is not possible due to availability or other restrictions, the customer will be offered the option to reschedule the reservation for a future date.

It is important to note that the decision to relocate a reservation due to adverse weather conditions will be made by our team of experts in maritime safety and meteorology, with the primary goal of ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.

We appreciate our customers' understanding and cooperation in these unforeseen circumstances. Our priority is to provide a safe, memorable, and rewarding rental experience for all our customers.
